Market Overview:

Sales in our nearest export region have shown considerable
growth over the past few years, reflecting the increasing
importance of the markets in Eastern Europe – particularly
the new and coming EU member states. Recent product
development in the waste processing and biofuel sectors,
offers exciting opportunities for us throughout the
continent.

Main Products:

Grain driers, with related cleaning and storage equipment,
remain our top lines. The unique flexibility of our Double
Flow Drying System continues to impress new customers
across the continent, on a wide range of different crops -
from malting barley in Ireland and sunflower in France to
maize in Russia and Hungary, from wheat in Estonia to
cotton seed in Greece.

Industrial drying of biofuels such as wood chips and of other
crops such as green forage reflect an even greater
diversity.

On-farm feed milling equipment (roller mills and mixers)
is another strong line and are we now have a whole
range of industrial milling equipment to offer.

Herb processing is a speciality line, established over 20
years in France and elsewhere in Europe.

Effective dealers have been appointed in most main markets, backed
by regular sales and technical support visits by Alvan Blanch staff.
